How to pull out the screw and shafts
螺桿拆卸必須是加溫狀態(tài)，里面有料冷卻后是拔不出來的
Make sure the extruder is heated when pull out,
or you can not pull out if there are materials inside
First StepScrew out the screws and move the die head and screen changer
(if the machine has)
* You should care the die head heater tube and sensor tubes when uninstall
第一步拆掉機頭固定螺絲，拆除機頭和液壓換網(wǎng)（如果你的機器帶液壓換網(wǎng)）
* 拆除時要注意機頭加熱棒和底下的探針，防止損壞.
Second StepWhen you move away the die head and screen changer,
you will see same as left picture
第二部當你移除機頭和換網(wǎng)，你回看到和左側一樣的頭部照片
Third StepLoose the coupling screw (left red circle)
* You should loose the coupling screws absolutely
第三步擰掉聯(lián)軸器固定螺絲（左邊的紅圈部分）
* 要確保螺絲完全松掉
Fourth StepUse a hard pole to make the screws loose out at feeder zone
第四步在主喂料口用撬棍往外撬動螺桿
Fifth StepUse a hard pole to make the screws loose out at degassing zone
第五步在真空排氣口用撬棍往外撬動螺桿
Sixth StepWhen you pull out the screw like the left picture,
you can pull out the screw and shafts smoothly
第六步當你撬到如左圖位置，就可以用力拔出螺桿了.
